Women Leaders Association Names Corinne Hoffman as First Tampa Coaching Partner, Bringing Impostor Syndrome Expertise and Two Decades of Talent Development

Women Leaders Association Names Corinne Hoffman as First Tampa Coaching Partner, Bringing Impostor Syndrome Expertise and Two Decades of Talent Development

The Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and more than 130 regional chapters, today announced Corinne Hoffman as the first official Coaching Partner of its Tampa chapter, TampaWomenLeaders.org. The appointment launches the association's new Coaching Partners program in the Tampa Bay area, giving members direct access to coaches who have been carefully screened for credentials, track record, and client results.

The Coaching Partners program was created to solve a problem the association's members raise constantly: coaching is one of the highest-impact investments a professional woman can make in her career — and one of the hardest to shop for. Coaching titles are unregulated, quality varies enormously, and a leader evaluating coaches on her own has little way to verify who is genuinely proven. Under the new program, the Women Leaders Association does much of that screening on the member's behalf. Every Coaching Partner is vetted for recognized certifications, verifiable experience, and excellent client reviews before being presented to members, so each chapter's professionals can book a consultation with confidence, have a great experience, and keep rising in their careers.

Hoffman creates an environment where individuals strive to be the best version of themselves — and realize their full potential. As an executive and leadership coach, organizational consultant, and talent development strategist, she brings a strategic, practical approach to helping leaders grow and organizations build stronger leadership capabilities. She partners with high-performing and high-potential leaders to gain clarity, expand their perspective, navigate challenges, and turn insight into purposeful action helping them become more effective, confident, and impactful leaders. Her signature specialty speaks directly to accomplished women: Hoffman is a certified Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coach and Impostor Syndrome Facilitator through the Impostor Syndrome Institute, helping successful professionals name the doubt that follows achievement — and lead beyond it.

Today she directs global leadership cohort programs at IMPACT Group, partnering with companies worldwide to develop women, rising leaders, and executives; coaches through her own practice, Corinne Hoffman Consulting; and has served for a decade as a Leadership Coach with the Network of Executive Women, helping mid-career professionals re-energize and expand their leadership capacity. Her earlier career spans a decade of healthcare leadership development — directing leadership development for Memorial Healthcare System, including executive coaching for leaders and physicians, with organizational development leadership at Pocono Medical Center and across the University of Vermont Health Network — plus national sales training leadership at Meritage Homes, Beazer Homes, and K. Hovnanian. Among her results: high-potential leadership programs that generated promotion opportunities for more than 50 percent of participants, and a leadership orientation program taken from 50 percent to 100 percent completion while increasing productive time 30 percent. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she holds assessment certifications spanning MBTI, EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, Korn Ferry's Leadership Architect and Voices 360, DDI, Crucial Conversations, and the Energy Leadership Index, and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

"I've spent my career creating environments where people strive to be the best version of themselves — and the biggest barrier I see in accomplished women isn't capability. It's the quiet doubt that follows achievement," said Hoffman. "Impostor syndrome coaching gives that doubt a name and a playbook. Whether I'm coaching a high-potential leader, facilitating a cohort, or debriefing a 360, my goal is always the same: to create greater self-awareness, real confidence, and action from insight. I'm honored to bring that work to the Women Leaders Association's Tampa members."

Tampa-area members can now view Hoffman's full profile, including her focus areas and credentials, book a complimentary consultation through her calendar, or send her a private note through the page, at https://TampaWomenLeaders.org/coaching.html?coach=CorinneHoffman

"Ask a room of accomplished women what still trips them up, and you'll hear the same word: doubt," said Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association. "Corinne is certified by the Impostor Syndrome Institute itself, she has directed leadership development inside major health systems, and her high-potential programs created promotion opportunities for half of their participants. Launching our Tampa program with a coach who speaks to the barrier our members name most is exactly what Coaching Partners promises."

The Tampa launch is part of a national rollout, with the association planning to extend the Coaching Partners program across its network of more than 130 chapters, pairing each city's members with coaches selected for that market.

The Coaching Partners program extends the association's broader mission of giving professional women both the structural transparency and the individual support they need to advance. Research from Pew and others estimates that women still earn roughly 15 percent less than men on average, and most women have little visibility into which employers actually advance women fairly. The Women Leaders Association has invested heavily in closing that information gap: its Glass Ceiling Score project, uses big data to score most major U.S. employers on how fairly they promote women into management and executive roles, and its chapters publish Best Women Employers rankings, compensation studies, and annual Top 50 Women Leaders awards. Coaching Partners adds the complementary, personal dimension: once a member can see the landscape clearly, a proven coach helps her move through it.
